Yes, our amazing concierge staff is here to assist 24 hours per day, 7 days per week - even holidays.

Maintenance is on call 24 hours per day for maintenance emergencies. All non-emergency requests will be addressed during normal business hours Monday - Friday.

Yes, we offer several online services including paying rent, booking amenity spaces, and submitting 24/7 maintenance requests.

Residents can choose from Verizon, Starry or Comcast for their cable and internet services.

Utilities are not included. Residents are responsible for water, sewer, trash, and electricity.

Our residents can rent our 9th floor clubroom and guest parking spaces directly through our resident portal.

Our retail garage is located off 12th Street North and offers free two-hour parking. Simply take the retail elevator to the Lobby level (G) and follow signs for Beacon Clarendon.

Our application process can all be done online. Simply click on "Availability" for the apartment home you are interested in and then click "Apply Now." You will then be able to select your move-in date, lease term, and begin your application. Our leasing office is always here to assist if you run into any questions.
